Terms of Service

These terms cover use of QRRise on qrrise.com and app.qrrise.com. Creating an account or starting a subscription means you agree to them.

You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping the login safe. Details you enter must be accurate.

You own the drawings, prices, quotes, invoices, and other material you upload. You allow us to host and process that material so we can provide the service. You must have the right to upload it, including your clients’ details.

The Free plan does not need a card. Pro asks for a card. The trial length is shown at checkout and is 30 days unless that page says otherwise. The trial costs $0. If you do not cancel before it ends, the plan price is charged in AUD, then each month until you cancel. GST is extra where it applies.

Cancel from Settings → Manage subscription, or from the Stripe customer portal, before the trial ends if you do not want to be billed. Stripe processes the card. We do not store your full card number.

Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or upload anything you do not have the right to use.

We work to keep QRRise available. We do not promise that it will never be interrupted.

These terms do not exclude rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows a limit, our liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for QRRise in the 12 months before the claim.

You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or close an account that does not pay, or that breaks these terms. Cancelling stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, including a trial you have not been billed for.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
