QRRise provides takeoff, quoting, and invoicing software for Australian builders and contractors, on qrrise.com and app.qrrise.com.

Account details you give us: your name, email address, password, and company details such as business name and ABN.

Billing: the plan you choose and whether payment succeeded. You enter your card on Stripe’s page. We do not store your full card number.

Work you add: drawings, measurements, quotes, invoices, client contacts, files, photos, and site notes.

If you check in on the mobile app, the time and location of that check-in.

Technical data needed to run the service: IP address, browser type, and request logs.

To run your account, host your jobs, send the quotes and invoices you ask us to send, bill your subscription, and reply when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Stripe, to take subscription payments and, if you turn it on, to let your customers pay your invoices.

Xero, only if you connect your Xero account.

People you invite into your company, and clients you send a quote or invoice to.

Providers who host the app and deliver email, only so we can run QRRise.

A regulator or a court, when the law requires it.

We keep your account and job data while the account is open. After you close it, we delete or de-identify that data, except records we must keep for tax or to resolve a dispute.

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
